Determination of Sugammadex in Human Plasma using Protein Precipitation and Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Abstract
A simple LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of sugammadex in human plasma is described. Samples were prepared using protein precipitation with acetonitrile containing 0.37% hydrochloric acid as precipitator and Waters Ostra plate for protein and phospholipid removal.
